We ran a 3-day discovery sprint, locked the scope, and began sprint 1 on day 4. The team ran parallel workstreams: React Native frontend, Node.js + PostgreSQL backend, Paystack and Flutterwave payment gateway integrations, and an internal admin panel built on a Next.js dashboard. By week 7 we were in TestFlight beta with real users.

Literesults deployed a 4-person pod within 72 hours: two senior engineers, a product designer, and a PM. The PM ran a 2-day codebase and roadmap audit on day one. By end of week 1, the broken checkout was fixed and the backlog was prioritised. By week 8, the team had shipped three major features including a vendor onboarding flow, a buyer review system, and a WhatsApp-native order notification system.
