These terms cover this website. Paid work (a managed team, a build, a programme, or a credential) is contracted in a separate written statement of work or enrolment form. If that document and this page disagree, the written contract wins for that work.
The site
You may read these pages, submit a contact or talent form, and look up a credential ID. You may not scrape the site in bulk, probe it for weaknesses, or present our content as your own. Case studies, notes, and copy on this site are ours unless a byline or caption says otherwise.
What the pages are, and are not
Hire, Build, Learn, and Verify are offers. Price, team, and dates are quoted after we have a scope. Nothing on this site is a binding quote, an employment offer, or a guarantee of placement. The certificate lookup is a labelled demonstration of how a check will work. Treat a result there as a demo until you have a live ID we have issued to you.
Forms
If you submit a form, you confirm the details are yours to send, and that we may use them as described in our Privacy page. Do not send us secrets, card numbers, or other people’s personal data in the message field.
Talent
Applying does not create a job, a place on a client team, or a credential. We review applications against the bar we publish. We may decline without a long explanation. If we take you onto an engagement, that relationship is written down separately.
Client work
When we build or staff a product, intellectual property in the work we produce for you transfers as the statement of work says, usually at handover. Tools, methods, and materials we already owned stay ours. You are responsible for the content, accounts, and licences you give us to do the job.
Liability
This website is provided as it stands. We take care with the copy. We do not warrant that every page is complete or that the site will always be up. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes only from reading or using this public site. Liability for paid work is the liability written into that contract, not this page.
Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. A live engagement may name a different governing law. That clause applies to that engagement only.
