This page describes how Literesults handles personal information on this website. It is written for the forms and pages that actually exist here. It is not a claim about tools, trackers, or offices we have not built.

Who we are
Literesults is an Africa-first company. We hire managed engineering teams, build software and businesses, run skill programmes, and issue verifiable credentials. This site is how companies, learners, and applicants reach us.
What we collect
We collect what you type into a form, plus the minimum a web server needs to keep the session working.
- Contact form: name, work email, company (optional), the path you are asking about, and your message.
- Talent application: name, email, track, and experience level.
- Email you send to hi@literesults.net, including whatever you put in the thread.
- A session cookie so the site can remember a submitted form long enough to show a confirmation. We do not run an advertising pixel or an analytics product on this site today.
The certificate lookup on the Verify page runs in your browser. Typing an ID there does not send that ID to us unless you later write to us about it.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. Pricing is quoted after a scoping call.
Why we collect it
To reply to a scoping request, to review a talent application, to run a programme or engagement you asked for, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell lists of contacts.
Who sees it
People at Literesults who need it to do the work: commercial, talent, and delivery. Hosting and email providers that run this site and our inbox will process it as part of that infrastructure. If a client engagement requires us to share an applicant or engineer profile with that client, we do it for that engagement only, and we say so at the time.
How long we keep it
Contact notes and applications stay until we have answered them and no longer need the thread, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first, unless we have to keep a record for a live contract, a payment, or the law.
Your requests
Write to hi@literesults.net and ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold on you. Say which email address you used on the form. We will answer within a reasonable time. If you are in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Act applies to this processing. If you are elsewhere, we will still handle the request. We will not pretend a right exists that the law in your country does not give you.
Children
This site is for adult founders, operators, and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something this page does not mention, we will update this page before that collection goes live. The date at the top is the date of the current text.
