The challenge
A manually-operated training business generating good revenue but losing enrolments to digital-first competitors. No existing tech stack, staff with limited digital literacy, 400+ course alumni to migrate, and a target launch tied to a new cohort intake.
What we built
Literesults built a custom LMS on Next.js with a headless CMS backend, optimised for non-technical administrators. Alongside the build, we ran a parallel digital skills programme for three of the client's staff: content management, student communications, and basic data reporting. By launch day, the client team could operate the system without us.
How we worked
-
Week 1
Discovery and content audit
Mapped existing content library, defined admin user journeys, specified CMS requirements for non-technical users.
-
Weeks 2–5
LMS build
Course player, enrolment flow, progress tracking, certificate issuance, and admin panel. Staff training started week 3.
-
Week 6
Content migration
400+ learner records migrated, all course content imported, SEO optimisation completed.
-
Weeks 7–8
Launch and handover
Public launch with 400+ day-1 enrolments. Full documentation delivered. Staff signed off as independent operators.
Stack
We verified three candidates in under ten minutes. One had a certificate from another bootcamp that turned out to be completely fabricated. Literesults caught it immediately.
