When we say we build the business and hand you the keys, people hear two false stories. One is: I pay, I do nothing, a company appears. The other is: this is a fancy website. Neither is the work.

A Literesults Business-in-a-box engagement is a structured build. Brand, software, operations, launch, and a handover you can actually run. It is production. It is also a lot of decisions in week one. If you want to be absent for those decisions, this is the wrong product.

What the eight weeks are for

Week one is discovery. We lock the business model assumptions, the buyer, the first transaction, and the technical scope. If we cannot lock scope, we do not start the build. Weeks two through six are the build: identity, the product, payments, admin tools, and the operational paths staff will actually use. Week seven is launch. Week eight is handover, documentation, and the first stretch of support.

The output is not a prototype parked on a staging URL. It is a live system. Real customers should be able to transact. You should be able to log into admin without us on the call. If that is not true, we have not finished.

What it requires from you

You need to be available and decisive in discovery. You need a genuine point of view on the market, ideally already tested in conversations, not only in a deck. You need to accept that “add one more feature” in week five is how launches slip. We will push back. That is included.

You also need to own the thing afterwards. We transfer IP. Hosting, payments, and compliance remain yours. A monthly retainer is available if you want continued product work. It is not required, and it is not a hostage arrangement.

Who this is for

Operators with domain knowledge who do not have a technical co-founder. Existing businesses that want a digital product beside the main operation. People who can make week-one decisions and then let a team execute.

It is not for people still shopping for a business model. It is not for buyers who want a passive investment. It is not for teams that already have a strong product org and only need extra tickets filled. Those buyers should look at Hire, or at a smaller validation sprint.

How we price the conversation

We quote after scope. A number without a brief is theatre. Bring the buyer, the first transaction, and the constraint that made you book the call. If we think you need a week of validation first, we will say so. If we think you need a managed team instead of a build, we will say that too.

The work is to leave you with a company you can run, not a dependency you cannot fire. If that is the outcome you want, the next step is a scoping call, not a longer brochure.
